Niro Soavi North America will move from Hudson, WI to Bedford, New Hampshire on August 1, 2005. A new organization has been established to strengthen the group's focus on high-pressure pumps and homogenizers. The formation of this group is part of the GEA global plan to have regional specialist companies handle all major product lines. This move will not substantially change how we currently do business with you, but it will strengthen and expand our position in the market. We will also provide services and spare parts to our competitors' high-pressure pumps and homogenizers, and will continue to maintain a comprehensive spare parts inventory for all Niro Soavi machines in North America.
